I am Graduate agronomist from Quisqueya University (Haiti) with a specialization in Protection and Management of the Environment. I hold an advanced Master's degree in Localized Information Systems for Territories management from AgroParisTech (France), and a certificate in Mining and Oil Extraction from Laval University (Quebec, Canada).

In addition, i have completed high-level training courses in agribusiness, horticulture and agriculture in the United States (Schroeder's Flowers and Communating Agricultural Exchange Program). I have a diligent experience in the physico-chemical tests of beverages and food quality, geomatics, monitoring and Evaluation, project management and applied and fundamental research. I have also a long experience as consultant and work in the public and private sectors.

Currently, I am a professor at Quisqueya University (UniQ) and at the State University of Haiti (UEH).
