I’ve been a customer service representative, technical support and travel sales specialist. Gained a vast amount of patience by dealing with customers and have a great practice with multitasking. I have good organizational skills. I always make sure that everything is in proper place, like all of my files are segregated accordingly based on their categories, because I find it easy to locate the files that I need especially my designs. All of my important notes are saved from my Google drive for easy access and all of it has labels. Sometimes, being perfectionist runs thru me and I don’t want any mistakes even a little. Being with BPO industry makes me a good problem-solver. Dealing with different kinds of concerns of customers makes me think of better way to solve their problems which of course still applying the company policies. I love designing layouts and photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and I still continue to enhance my skills by doing self-study.
