I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts major in English. I have worked as a supplementary teacher to kids from the international school and later on shifted to being a Market Researcher at the most leading Research company in the USA where I conduct surveys over the phone across USA and UK. I have then worked as a Credit Management Advisor where I managed global accounts in the UK, Asia and in Europe. Other than being a Credit Management Advisor, my role also includes customer service associate, billing and risk advisor and email support for a Telecoms company based in the UK. Currently, I am a freelance online English Teacher to Vietnamese students.
