• Over all 4 + years’ experience in IT industry including roles as team lead for business analyst and domain analyst.
• Currently working with KYS Infosystems Private Limited as a Business Analyst. Prior to this Worked as a Business analyst with Megham Limited and Mirah Hospitality and Food Solutions Private Limited.
• Have 33 months of IT Delivery experience in Mahindra Satyam as Team Lead. During my tenure at Mahindra Satyam I have worked with global customer including fortune 500 client managing offshore project, managing team of 7 members working for 24 X 7 support environment.
• I have done internship with ITC ltd. For supply chain optimization project where I developed understanding of supply chain processes and SAP system as an end user.
• Have got understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies
• Have got domain experience in BFSI, Retail and Hospitality industry
