I have over nine years’ experience and worked in various capacities before attaining the current position of General Manager. In the current capacity, I oversee the day-to-day operational work and enforce strict supervision of all the departments in the organization. My current job also entails monitoring, surveillance and ensuring the strict adherence of all the market participants i.e. the Clearing House, Members, Brokers and Clients, with the rules and regulations of the exchange. Assigning tasks to employees, initiating and conducting meetings in various agendas and strategizing objectives to meet the stated goals set by the management are a glimpse of my everyday activities.
