Right now I am a freelancer researcher and consultant. I do company profile and advertisement campaign for my client. I also do marketing research and financial management consultancy.

Recently, I finished my first ebook about the leadership style of entrepreneurs that makes their business sustaining.

Most of my academic research is about leadership and entrepreneurship. I worked as a professor for almost 12 years for business courses such as strategic management, project management, operation management, research, financial management to name some. I teach in the Philippines, South Korea and Ivory Coast.

As part of my career advancement, I am active in publishing research in an international peer journal. I also present my paper at an international conference.

I am into volunteer work also as editor, bookkeeper and teaching basic english.

I also worked as a bookkeeper for also five years in different industry.
