Ms. Magale is an expert in Industrial Relations and Organizational Development, and is best at
coaching and counselling. She has been an HR Practitioner for 8 years, and has spent seven of
that in Bluewater Maribago. Her growth in Bluewater started from her employment as an
associate in Training before she moved to specializing in Recruitment & Training, was
subsequently promoted to the position of HRD Officer, and finally to Assistant HR Manager.
Prior to being a part of the team, she was an HR Assistant at Phil-Union Frozen Foods, Inc. She
received her degree of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines
Cebu.
