自己紹介
I have fulfilled the position of a Call Center Supervisor with iQor Philippines formerly known as Cybercity Teleservices based in Davao City, Philippines. I was tasked to oversee the agents specifically the quality of their calls, average handling time, disciplining employees and assessing performance. As supervisor, my duties were to assure quality, ensures equipment are in good and running condition, offering assistance to customers and conducting refresher courses for call center representatives. I have developed communication abilities, data entry skills, multi-tasking, motivating abilities, leadership and problem solving skills.
Wed researching was done during evaluation and assessment of Purchase Requisition to very pricing as requested by the Bidding and Awards Committee;
