Professional Experience
I've been working in a BPO for almost 4 years and I believe that my experiences is enough to help acquire a lot of skills. I've been a technical support for 2 years in a cable company and a billing specialist for 1 year and 3 months in cable and telco companies. I also had an experience being a customer service in a mall where I cater actual customer. My duties and responsibilities are:
- Check account details, billing charges, adjustments and payments.
- Process sales, promotions and discounts.
- Assist customers with technical concerns on their mobile device and perform basic
troubleshooting steps.
I've been getting an award every month for being a top seller in the team and also passing all the metric requires from us. I believe that my education and experiences has equipped me as a professional.
