I have studied and worked abroad in several countries and speak foreign languages, including Russian, Turkish and English. Majored in Management and System Engineering at Turkish Military Academy and hold a Master degree from Diplomacy Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in International Relations and World Economy. Prior to my current position was highly involved in various data analysis and working with information-analytic and methodological assistance to the structural units, develop draft regulations, orders, directives, plan activities reflecting the issues of development, monitoring and evaluation of programs and activities of the State border service.
