I'm a Human Resource Manager working as a civil servant. I'm also an English Teacher. As a civil servant, I work in the public policy field and in the HR management. I participate in the drafting, implementing, monitoring of development oriented policies. As an HR manager, I help for the human resource management thru recruitment, training, career management,payroll, etc. As a part time English Teacher, I'm teaching students from secondaries school to colleges. I'm also involved in vocational schools. I have got a master degree in Human Resource Management and hold the qualification of Human Resource Advisor. Besides I have a bachelor degree in English Studies and the title of English Teacher of Private Schools.
