I am 27 years old and I am a B.A (Hons) graduate in English. I have 5 years experience teaching English online. My students come from different countries like France, Italy, Spain, Israel, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Brasil, Mexico, Columbia, China, South Korea. I am also fluent in French. I can do proofreading, translating, transcribing and data entry. I have worked for call centers in the past. I have experience as a customer service representative in a phone operator company. I used to take and deal with clients' complaints and provide them a solution or direct them to the correct departments.
