- Translation (Japanese ⇔ Arabic ⇔ English) of official documents, newspaper articles and other documents related to the conservation field and training courses.
* Administrative and Accounting Officer where the responsibilities included:
- Maintenance of Accounting Records
- Travel Arrangements for staff travels and related incoming missions, maintenance of the contracts with rent-a-car companies, arranging buses, cars and air tickets.
- Administrative work for Training Courses such as maintaining lists of Training Courses' participants and taking meetings' minutes when required.
