Mr. Ramin Lev (Aliyev) is a 40 years old lawyer born in the Lev village of Kelbadjar district on 27 April 1978 when Azerbaijan Republic was still a part of the former Soviet Union. He represents a generation, which suffered the detrimental consequences of an unjust war. Ramin Lev holds a Master Degree in Law (Baku State University, Azerbaijan Republic) and another Master Degree in Law, Society and Religion (KU Leuven, Belgium). He has specialised in the sphere of legal expertise and information analysis.
