I have been in the BPO Industry for over 8 years. I started my career working in the Customer Service and Support field and eventually branched out to other areas including Training and Workforce Management. In March 2013, I was hired as an Operations Supervisor handling new hires and outliers for chat. In March 2017, I was promoted to Project Leader handling end-to-end account implementation and all other projects requested by stakeholders.
