In 2016 I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Global Project and Change Management in the Netherlands. Throughout the study I became familiar with all phases of the project management cycle starting from project development and project evaluation. Due to the global focus of the programme I got the opportunity to intern in Cambodia, where I wrote my thesis about value chain development. The thesis which included an advisory report was awarded with the Dutch University of Applied Science Research Award.

Besides my studies, I gained international work experiences by working in the department of global programme at the International Network for Bamboo and Rattan in China. There I was responsible for the coordination of a livelihood study but also the development of project proposals and concept notes. Although my employment has ended I continue being an active proposal developer as United Nations Volunteer.
