Professional Experience
I have been in BPO industry for more than 7 years as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative. My first job was a Service Crew in our country’s well-loved fast food chain for about 2 contracts and that would be a year. Then I was a food sampler for more than a year. I have also worked for about 4 years as a Data Encoder from a Taiwanese company prior to entering the call center field.
