My previous background includes being a sales marketer for an eCommerce project where in my task are and is not limited to doing market research, listing products in Amazon, eBay and NewEgg, doing repricing making sure that the prices are competitive. Also I serve as a customer service associate within both call-center and retail environments. Most recently, I worked as a customer resolutions desk for Travel Agency where my responsibilities are but not limited to handling customer complaints, negative feed backs, direct customer assistance and etc.

Also, I worked as a Workforce Management Specialist for almost 5 years which part of my task was to analyse forecast, create schedules not less than 500 associates, interact with our direct client/s for KPI reports.

I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and CRM database applications.
