My background as a Customer Service Representative for five (5) years and a good stint in sales department have made me effective in my duties as an individual and a team player in an environment which has a wide practical interpersonal skills of handling issues and other concerns.
In my position as Account Manager for two (2) years, I consistently hit the sales target and very successful in establishing new sales relationships and keeping the old ones.
As a Junior Marketing Officer in my early years in the workforce, I am trained to be resilient and focused on the sales goal while maintaining the standard of the company.
With a very good experience over a decade in handling other people's concerns coupled with a wide practical interpersonal skills I am confident I can tackle customer service job quite well.
