My name is Lyndel Abenoja, I’m 27 years old.. You can call me Aimee..When it comes to personality I can say that I’m hard working and can easily get along with others.I always have respect to my mentors so going trough training won’t be a problem for me.. I’m resceptive to corrections and I always apply those correction immediately as possible.
I am equipped with good communication skills since I have experience with the bpo industry. I also had good handling skills when It comes to diverse behaviors of different customers.Knowing how to handle people politely and mastering the necessary processes of the industry will be a great factor for me to be hired.. I’ve been with the BPO Industry for quite a while. I worked as customer services representative for almost 5 years. I handled different line of business such as technical support, billing, general inquiries and Sales. I had inbound experience with Sales .I also have experience in ESL.I look forward to be a part of your team.
