I’m an ambitious, enthusiastic and self-driven person with management skills and capabilities and having the capacity of involving in multi-functional Food & Beverage organizations at manufacturing or technical related management position with the vast experience possessed over nearly 6 years. Apart from the management skills in F&B industries, I’m a qualified manufacturing chemist and a vintner/wine maker with professional qualifications and experiences in the liquor manufacturing sector, who has the vast knowledge in the field of project management process management in manufacturing. Currently I’m serving as the “Technical Manager” at W.M. Mendis & Co. Ltd. (Liquor Manufacturer), I’m qualified with degrees in Food Science and Technology (M.Sc in University of Sri Jayewardenepura) as well as General Science (B.Sc in University of Ruhuna) and Chemistry (Graduate Chemist at College of Chemical Sciences – ‘IChem’).
