I am a Chilean Lawyer, a Master degree in European Business Law at the Aix Marseille University. Besides, I have done courses on Intellectual Property and Public Law, both in the Catholic University of Chile, a Diploma on Labour Law, at the University of Chile.
As you will see in my Curriculum Vitae, I account with experience of nine years as lawyer in administrative law, company law, contractual law and civil law, consultant in labour contracts, internal disciplinary procedure and investigation for sexual harassment. In the last year, I have won experience as Compliance Consultant in fields like Criminal Liability, Corruption, Data Protection, Consumers rights and IPR. The tasks include risk assessment, implement and improve Compliance Plans, whistleblower process and provide training programs. Furthermore, as legal advisor and technical counterpart in public tenders, I have performed more than 100 successful bidding processes.
