. Performed all QC related activities like documenting (SRS, FS, UCs, TCs, Test plans, Bugs, User Manuals, User Guides, Installation guides etc.), executed test plans/TCs, reported/tracked/ managed/followed-up bugs from identification to closing
b. Regular Smoke, Sanity, Integration and System testing of all the updates
c. User support and communication (both on phone and via email)
d. Testing all the updates on multiple environments (testing, client’s replica and finally on the actual client as well), browsers and devices
e. Functionality testing, regression testing, module testing, report testing, DB testing (Write/update scripts for DB testing, mounting test data in DB for testing, preparing test environment, conducting testing)
f. Participated in reviews (requirements, bugs, FS, UCs, TCs, Testing Practices) and project audit
