Project Manager
Ensure that a contract for products and/or services is delivered to the satisfaction of the customer and Ericsson. This includes Management of Project budget, time, consolidated unadjusted margin, working capital, Cash-flow metrics and Risk management which includes identification of Risks, Risk ranking and monitoring. Also, I am working as Contract fulfillment responsible in presales stage. This includes services scoping, costing and risk management.

Technical Project Manager
My role as a Technical Project Manager includes, engineering design and system integration of telecommunication systems, patch installations, software and hardware upgrades, troubleshoot and perform RCA for software and hardware issues, acceptance tests with system functional and mobile service tests and ensure the service quality and performance of networks are mandated at higher level with minimum outages.
