I was a working student in college. I started working in a fast food chain as a food attendant and in a convenience store as a sales associate. Before graduating college, I got hired in a business outsourcing company as customer service specialist. After college graduation, the company promoted me in a supervisory position and after a year I was promoted again as a language and product trainer.
I spent 5 years in the BPO industry and I finally decided to work in the teaching field. I started as college instructor in Communication Arts and Languages. Two years after, I was hired as public school teacher and I taught English for 6 years. I was also a part- time ESL teacher (online) in a Japanese owned company during my spare time. Currently, I work as a part- time ESL teacher to 3 Language Centers in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. To sum it up, I have taught English for almost 8 years.
