Professional Experience
In my previous position, I maintain an exceedingly functional office environment while providing clerical support for a fast paced American company. I have a background in transaction processing, customer service and clerical works. Also, I can work well independently with less supervision. I respond to requests from colleagues and clients in a timely manner and am adept and prioritizing multiple on-going projects.
Additionally, I am adept at:

-Handling correspondence, reporting and documents with efficiency and accuracy.
-Creating reports and writing documents that support business needs.
-Reports to client about the update of their on-going projects.
I am also deeply familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and adapt quickly to new computer software and programs. As a part of the team, I hope to provide first-rate clerical support and organization to the department.
