He has got five years experiences in clinical practices in hospital from 1992 to 1996, while in public health discipline; he has got nearly 20 years (from 1996 to present) in behavior change communication in health sector. He has got Medical Doctor Degree in the year 1991 from University of Health Science, Phnom Penh, Cambodia and a Master Degree in public health from Mahidol University, Thailand in the year 1999. In term of communication, he is an expert in conducting research, policy formulation, develop a communication strategy for behavior change, capacity building, program evaluation.
