Currently taking up BS Information Systems at University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and even have News Writing experience inour college journal, The Thomasian Engineer, in the Faculty of Engineering in 2013-2014.
Right now I'm part of the BPO industry for more than 3 years already. I first started as Technical Support Representative at a Telco account at a well-known US Cable company, Time Warner Cable, in Teleperformance Masinag. I moved to 24/7 Inc.Ortigas after a few months with the same account but now serving a different market. I was then transferred to Maxwell (US Retail account) after my stay in TWC as an Email Support Representative. By July 2016, I became a Trainer for Maxwell account in the Support LOB and became a Team Leader after. I also had Fraud experience for two months where I had to verify fraudulent online orders.I came back as a Trainer in July 2017 to continue my love for training people in an adult classroom environment.
