I worked as an Online English Teacher to Japanese students. I have 4 years experience of giving helpful and effective troubleshooting assistance over the phone as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative. I can communicate with customers via chat, email and over the phone. I have a good understanding of devices we use with the internet, TVs, and phones. I worked as a Junior assistant, and I handled DATA Entry and Email management. I worked with different types of software. I was trained to be a good customer service provider. I can easily learn new things and easy to adjust with new tools.
I also worked as a machine operator/technician in Taiwan for almost 5 years. I can speak basic Mandarin.
