I am a qualified Advocate with over 4 and half years Corporate Commercial Practice experience in Law. My main areas
of expertise are the foreign direct investment, corporate law, and commercial law. I have gained extensive experience drafting contracts, structuring joint ventures, and providing advice for the protection and enforcement of commercial
rights across various industries. I have worked at two top law firms in Lao PDR. In India, held the role of Deputy Partner at a renowned law firm in New Delhi and advised on matters related to the fields of energy, stocks markets, and general commercial law.
