My primary background is in IT, which dates back professionally since the early 1990’s. I’ve also developed impeccable customer service skills and the ability to politely deal with even the unhappiest customers. I’ve honed the ability to provide timely, friendly, and proactive customer service that meet and exceed each customer’s expectations.

For the past four years, I initially began teaching English online. I was tutoring Chinese and Japanese students. I’ve since been taking on projects which have involved technical proofreading, data entry, customer service, and technical support via chat and email.
