I do have a total of 10 months work experience in Customer Service. The most recent was at Concentrix, the account is the biggest Telecommunication company in Canada. Another 2 months work experience was at Spi Crm, Inc. I was a Technical Service Representative in a web-hosting account in the US.
Working as a Customer Service Agent gives me fulfillment. I enjoy helping the customers to their needs.
I have work experience in Manufacturing business in Taiwan for 9 years. I was a leader for 5 years at the Ballmount section. Wherein, I handle both Filipinos and Taiwanese operators. 4 years work experience in Sales business. I worked as a Franchise Dealer in Avon Philippines.
I'm a hardworking person. I want to finish the job on time.
