Since 2009 i worked with three IT companies (although the entity was different but the Director was same), through this 8 years of experience i worked in different domain. I was appointed as a Recruitment Manager where i need to look after the Recruitment and HR activities, the team size was 9, so there was not so much HR work, so i thought of engaging my self in some other supportive work which will help our organization to work in a much more streamlined process.
