First I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you for taking the time to read out my brief summary of my experience in the call center industry. I have been in the call center industry for over 5 years now as a Customer Service representative for our beloved American neighbors. I was trained from one of the largest BPO Company of the Philippines. I have experienced customer service by providing e-mail, creating tickets, billing issues and providing the best resolution for our customer who is in need of assistance on a monthly basis. I support inbound/outbound phone support and even non voice accounts. I do everything I can to delight the customers and following company policy at the same time. Communication is my passion and I firmly believe in fully comprehending customers' needs in order to achieve our customer’s satisfaction.
