I previously worked as a Travel Consultant and as a Customer Relations Specialist for 2 years in a travel agency account in one of the prestigious Business Process Outsourcing Firm in our country. We facilitate travel bookings and arrangement for foreign and local customers and we also handle escalations. I also worked as a General Virtual Assistant for a Cardiologist based in Amarillo, Texas and an Executive Virtual Assistant for a medical centre in NSW Australia and Toowoomba Australia. At the same time i also worked as an Appointment Setter/Recruitment Manager/Trainer in an Auto, Health, Home and Life Insurance Campaign. I also worked as a New Business Sales Manager in a shipping company. Recently, I worked as a financial analyst in a European insurance company.
