I am a hotelier by profession with expertise in hotel operations and management, customer service and public relations. My skills set are composed of but not limited to writing, data gathering and research,and coordination of projects. I worked in various lodging concepts, such as drive-inn/ motels, boutique hotels and resorts, that require my services to manage their finances, people management, operations, product maintenance and development. Equally relevant tasks were communicating with guests for feedback and with local government units.I held various positions in the executive level that require maintaining the trust of both superiors and subordinates, and consistency of meeting defined objectives.
