Professional Experience
I worked as a Financial Services Team Leader for 2 years in an online gaming company and part of my tasks are coaching and up training my agents. I am also in charge of sending data to our managers everyday, doing and updating our SOP and other Admin Tasks. Prior to this, I also worked in the Customer Service industry for almost 8 years. I handled email, chat and phone support. I was also promoted as a Supervisor during this time due to my resourcefulness, diligence, efficiency and analytical mind.
