My experience as an ESL teacher has developed a passion to fostering students'
learning ability to speak and communicate in English. I have learned that
maximizing a students' performance can be achieved through thorough practice
and accurate instructions.

In my most recent position as an ESL teacher, I developed effective teaching
strategies to adapt to a student's need, may it be age, gender, or educational
background. Aside from that, I learned a technique to promote knowledge
retention after their lesson. I want to share with you my knowledge and skills
that I have attained through the years.
