I built a social enterprise with my friends, a playgroup and kindergarten. This gives me exciting and challenging experience where I can work, manage my team and at the same time feel the happiness from our students.

Besides that, I also work as Project Manager at 44th world ranked NGO (by NGO Advisor-Geneva) that is YCAB Foundation. My responsibilities are managing team to run project based on work plan I’ve created, controlling budget utilisation, and assuring project activity achieve its purposes.

Previously, I worked as Marketing and Credit Manager for 4 years at Permatabank. I made several big companies’ credit proposal where I put my analysis regarding their business and financial condition, and gave recommendation to credit committee.
