My professional career started 3 years ago as a Customer Service Associate in an American Banking Company . I assisted customers who make payment, answered their queries about their accounts and our services and handled their concerns.

Then I worked as a Marketing Assistant in another American Company called QuantRisk IT Services. My main responsibilities were to call clients and set up an appointment and I directly report it to the CEO.

Currently I work as an English Online Tutor in a Japanese Company.
