自己紹介

I have been in the call center industry for 10 years. Working right after graduating from an Associate's Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management has opened my eyes to the real corporate world. I started as a Customer Service Rep for Vonage Phone and then was moved up to Customer Service, Sales & Retention for AOL (America Online). After 2 years and 5 months, I decided to transfer to Microsoft Corporation that’s based in the Philippines. I was a Customer Service Associate for customers in both US and Canada. Since I was with the company for almost 7 years I moved up to Technical Support & Sales providing phone, chat and email support for their clients worldwide. I then decided to try home based jobs and for 2 years I experienced different VA jobs like being an appointment setter for real estate agents, a mortgage loan officer and a virtual assistant for a CEO of a company. And I have just accomplished graduating a bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Mngt.
