While much of my experience has been in the customer service world, I understand the social value of information technology and my business experience will be an asset to any organization. I believe that my strong interpersonal skills and attitude will make me a very competitive candidate. With a BS degree in Business Administration, I have full understanding of the full cycle of the business world. I also have experience in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as a cross-team. I can work with the development department to implement improvements and functional enhancements, and monitor site statistics and optimization.
