I am Maria Concepcion Delfin but you can call me Connie. I am a former Human Resource Officer who decided to become a virtual assistant.
I have 3 years experience as a general HR Officer. I was in charge of the following: recruitment, training, policy making, termination, documentation, and compensation. I was also in charge with SSS remittance and PAGIBIG payments. I was able to recruit 12 people in just 1 month.
After deciding to work homebase I became a linkedin recruiter where I learned how to generate leads in the internet. I also became familiar with salesforce because that was the CRM we were using.
I also had thought English language in Hujiang where I learned the art of teaching online.
I am also familiar with social media marketing (IFTT with KPI reports), photoshop and video editing.
