I have worked as a Customer Service representative for almost 2 years assisting U.S. and Australian customers. I provide the best customer experience by giving accurate and timely response, recording and keeping track of all the important documents, organizing priorities, learning and mastering the software, enhancing my communication skills through English language and going the extra mile for the customer.

I worked as an SQE/IQC engineer in a Japanese owned electronic company in the Philippines. As a Quality Control Engineer I gained some experiences in production, machine handling, ISO documentations and ROHS. I was able to learn how to use inspection tools and also coordinate with the suppliers regarding their supplied materials.

With this skills, I believe that I can provide the best quality service to my clients. I am trustworthy and have experience that has equipped me to face any challenges that will be given to me.
