I am a freelance technical writer. I have 8 years of experience out of which 5 years I have worked in both product and service based IT companies. Since 3 years I am working as freelancer. I hold PG Diploma in Technical Writing and PG Diploma in English Language Training. I have worked on end user documents such as User Manuals, Admin Guides, Training Manuals, Product Profiles, Online Help, Installation Guides, Troubleshooting Guides, etc. Apart from these I have also edited lot of internal documents, SRS, FRD documents, and intranet updates. Also, I have written few blogs and white papers.
