Hi, my name is Giang from Vietnam.

I was trained in Japanese language during 4 years at Hanoi Foreign Trade University. I had a chance to be trained in Japan for 6 months, it was such a short time I had been in Japan. In Vietnam, I work for some Japanese company I realized that there are a lot of difference between Vietnamese work style and Japanese work style.
In any role, I always work by my best. With the role of Team Leader as the first generation in company I had trained the 2nd, 3rd generation from zero to be able to work by themselves in the field which they had not known anything. My created documents have been used as work flow in group. With the role as GA & HR, I have already issued company’s policies in bonus and benefits. In good cooperation with other divisions, I support Vietnamese staffs in communication with Japanese staffs to make the common process runs as smoothly as possible.
