I have previously worked in the Call Center industry for almost 10 years, as a technical and customer service representative. During that time, I have not only developed my telephone skills but also have learned to complete administrative tasks such as appointment setting, emailing/marketing, data entry and the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
After that, I have started working at home as an online ESL teacher and also as an OPIc Test Rater and therefore, I am very proficient at teaching the English language.
