I'm an accounting graduate with extensive exposure in banking, BPO, and online education. Below is my detailed working experience:
>Online English Tutor(Online Education)- I help Japanese students learn English using the company's methodology. Each lesson varies depending on the student’s English proficiency.
>Technical Support Representative(Call Center)-I was responsible in ensuring that all tasks were accomplished by employees on an assigned work shift. This included delegating tasks, creating break schedules, answering employees’ questions and resolving customers' issues.
>Branch Operations Assistant(Banking)– My key duties and responsibilities included proper coordination with Central Clearing, Central Accounting and other units needing accounting and clearing data and other related reports.
