I have 11 years of experience working in a Business Processing and outsourcing companies (Lexmark Research and Development, Sykes Enterprise, HP/Palm Smartphones). I have gone through different roles, such as Technical Support Representative for mobile devices and printing/Imaging company, a Subject Matter Expert, Product Specialist, a Product Trainer and a Team Leader managing a group of software specialists.
I have undergone training as well in Virtual Assistance. Trained in SEO, WordPress blogging, data entry, market research and customer service (tech support, email and chat).
On top of my experiences, I also do WordPress blogging, market research, did data entry jobs and article writing for Anroid OS mobile devices during weekends, graphic designing, mobile app development and digital marketing.
