EB Hotel Miami is part of the Eurobuilding Hotels Group, a hotel chain with five star properties in Venezuela, Argentina, Ecuador and the United States of America.
• Controlled and reduced labor cost from 57% to 30%. Food cost from 51% to 26%. Liquor cost from 24% to 14% altogether balancing contracted labor and a tight product control
• Improved profit margin by 18% introducing new products and marketing efforts in the advent of the slowest season ever faced by this business unit
• Designed and executed an array of standard operating procedures to maximize staff efficiency, to improve customer experience and employee engagement
• Negotiated with suppliers and vendors ensuring product availability, quality and best pricing
